At ProjectOutshine, we strive to provide exceptional value through our e-book and exclusive training events. We are committed to your success and believe in the quality of our offerings. This refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to all users.

E-book Purchases: No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our e-book, which provides immediate and irrevocable access to proprietary information upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for e-books. The value of this digital product is delivered instantly upon download, providing you with our full intellectual property and resources. Once an e-book purchase is completed and the download link is provided, we cannot issue a refund.

In-Person Training Events: Limited Refunds

For our exclusive in-person training events, a specific refund policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before event: You may receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee, if you cancel your registration at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
• Cancellation 15-30 days before event: You may receive a 50% refund if you cancel your registration between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date. This is due to the fixed costs and planning involved in hosting these exclusive events.
• Transfers: Event registrations are generally non-transferable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, and may incur an administrative fee.

We encourage all registrants to plan accordingly and ensure their availability before booking. A lack of use, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the content after attending does not qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that extreme and unusual situations can occur. In rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to issue a refund or offer an alternative solution outside of these stated policies. Such instances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. An example of a potential exception could be a proven technical error on our part that prevented e-book download, or event cancellation by ProjectOutshine without a suitable reschedule.
